Welcome to the Florida Academic Decathlon!  FLAD is an educational program where students of all levels can study and compete in a variety of academic subject areas.  Students are tested in 10 categories: Art, Economics, Essay, Interview, Literature, Math, Music, Science, Social Studies, and Speech.  

This year's theme is "The Age of Empire". 

State competition is in Melbourne, FL on March 2-3, 2012. 

Nationals will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico April 25-28!!
